Shipping and payments
We use GLS, Packeta (Zasilkovna), Fedex, UPS and other carriers to deliver orders to more than 60 countries, and also offer self-pickup from our Prague showroom.
We ship orders the same or next business day after the payment received. Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, you‘ll receive an email or SMS with a web link for delivery tracking. Delivery takes 1-5 business days depending on the destination country.
Public holidays in the Czech Republic or destination country may affect delivery time.

1 When paying by bank transfer, please include the order number as a variable symbol to help us identify your payment quicker and reduce the order processing time. We ship the goods only after the full amount for this order has been received into our account.
According to the Sales Registration Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, then within 48 hours at the latest.
