Shipping and payments

Available shipping and payment options, estimated delivery time and exact shipping cost vary by destination country and specific order details. 

 

Shipping options

We use GLS, Zasilkovna (Packeta), Fedex and other delivery carriers for home delivery and pickup points delivery inside/outside the EU, but also offer self-pickup from our showroom in Prague 4 - Nusle.

• Free shipping for orders within the Czech Republic over 165 EUR (4000 CZK) or using self-pickup

• Pickup Points delivery within the Czech Republic and Slovakia starts from 3 EUR (70 CZK)

• Home delivery within the EU starts from 5.7 EUR (140 CZK)

• Home delivery outside the EU starts from 29 EUR

Orders are usually dispatched at the same or next working day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an information Email and SMS with a link for the delivery status online tracking. Delivered takes 1–5 working days depending on the destination country. National holidays in the Czech Republic or destination country may affect delivery times.

 

Payment options

• Online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay – free

• By card or cash upon self-pickup – free

• By bank transfer – free 

• Cash on delivery (only the Czech Republic and Slovakia) – 1 EUR (25 CZK) 

• PayPal – fee from 5 to 100 EUR, depends on the order value

• Klarna – free

When paying by bank transfer, we only send the goods after the entire amount has been credited to our account. Please include the order number as a variable symbol to help us identify your payment quicker and save time.
